This Two bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has lovely harbour views in buzzing Balmain. The ferry wharf is just 100 metres away with regular services to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay, alternatively there are buses running on a regular basis to the city CBD.

There is no air-conditioning in this apartment, however being so close to the water means it has lovely sea breezes to enjoy and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The fully functional kitchen offers all utensils and kitchenware, a stove, dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom has been renovated offering a shower over the bath, a washing machine & a separate dryer. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the master with side tables, lamps and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle underneath and built in wardrobes. This trundle can be raised to the height of the bed to make a queen size bed if needed, please let us know if you need the Trundle bed so that we can supply the correct linen. The apartment is located in an older style lo-rise residential block but this apartment is only a few steps up from the ground floor entry foyer and all in all, a very comfortable place to live and enjoy the best of Sydney’s lifestyle.
